We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Pakistan. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

📅 Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your products to you as fast as possible. Our standard delivery time is:

  • Note: The exact delivery time depends on your city and its distance from our shipping hub.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 100 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📍 Order Tracking

We believe in transparency! Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp or Email. You can use these details to monitor the status of your parcel on the courier’s official website.

📦 Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive your parcel within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at 0333-3135464 / ezzynest@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue with the courier service for you.
